Easter is Close
Easter is about a month away. Usually, we are prepping for a huge event in the stadium or up at the Ramona Bowl. However, this year is simply different.
Last year, the Covid-19 lockdown hit just a few weeks before Easter. Our only opportunity was to provide people with an online experience. This year, we’ll again have our online services, but we will also be in person (as we have been for some time now).
You’ll hear more about Easter as we get closer, but for now I’m going to ask you to join me in praying all month. Here are a few things to start our prayer list:
- Pray specifically for people you know who need a relationship with Jesus. Ask God to prepare their hearts and yours. Seek His help and wisdom in how to invite them to our Easter services (online or in person).
- Pray for our teams who will be preparing things behind the scenes.
- Pray for our Valley, and the impact our church family can have in this place.
“Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart. Pray for us, too, that God will give us many opportunities to speak about his mysterious plan concerning Christ.
