We’re just a week away from starting a very special 4-week LifeGroup experience for those of you who weren’t able to get connected to a group back in September. We’ll be meeting in the worship center every Monday from 7-8:30pm.

We’ll be working our way through the four commitments of The Epic Life and meeting some great new friends along the way.

We’re heading into our final weekend of Freeway, so here are a couple of things to do before we get to Saturday night or Sunday morning.

That was a couple things…so here’s a bonus. Pray for our church. When people begin to find true freedom, there is one who is not excited. The devil will do all he can to keep people away, discourage them, and with a “whatever it takes” attitude, he will hang on to them as long as he can. So pray!

The spiritual battle that’s going on right now is real. People are finding freedom and taking giant steps in the right direction. Let’s give God praise and let’s celebrate what He’s been doing in our lives.

Here’s the poem I shared this weekend. It shows someone on the FREEWAY. It was written by a lady from Community who is now 150+ days clean and sober!

    The fight I fought I’d always lose,

because of choices I would choose.  

    Never feeling, not one tear. 

You were calling, I could not hear. 

    Living in darkness alone and cold. 

Paid in full my soul was sold.   

    Given up…….I turned away,  

on my knees I could not pray. 

    Then a light came over me

and through the darkness I could see. 

    You took me to a quiet place 

with forgiveness and your grace.

You gave your Son so I could live.

Take a moment and let these words soak in. You might, by might I mean you will, be hearing them again this weekend!
