A New Creation

We don’t come to Jesus all cleaned up and ready to go. On our own, we CAN’T come to Him that way. However, when we do find our way to Him, we get to begin again.

This NEW CREATION is seriously the best news ever! We are no longer defined by our past, but by our new relationship with Christ.

Last week we said, as we worked our way through the book of Romans, “We are jacked up…BUT GOD!” In these letters to the church in Corinth we hear the same message, and it’s a good one!

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! ” (2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV)
