Always

Mikel and I attended a meeting earlier this week in Denver for Missions of Hope International. This is the mission we work with in Nairobi, Kenya. They gathered several of their supporting churches in one place in order to give us some updates and fill us in on the vision for this incredible ministry.

We wrapped up our meeting, but still had a few hours before our plane would bring us home, so we headed for the mountains.

Seeing the beauty in the Estes Park area was worth the little trip! Seeing the spectacular snowcapped peaks and the contrasting valleys added perspective to my week, which was filled with peaks and valleys.

The reality of life is simple…we’ll have our ups and our downs, our peaks and our valleys, but Jesus is with us through it all! Never forget this powerful promise:

“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20b NIV)
