But what if they ask tough questions?

But what if they ask tough questions?

While thinking about our TOP FIVE list, the people we are praying for to know Jesus, it’s possible we could get stuck before we ever start. Sometimes we overthink things and get paralyzed by all of the “what ifs.”

So, today I want to encourage you with one of my favorite stories. It’s in John 9. Jesus heals a man born blind, but while the religious leaders pelt him with questions, he just doesn’t have the answers. Finally, it all comes to a head. Notice the simplistic power of his reply. It might just be a good model for all of us when the difficult questions come.

You see, your story is YOUR STORY! People can’t argue with what Jesus has done for you.

“A second time they summoned the man who had been blind. ‘Give glory to God by telling the truth,” they said. “We know this man is a sinner.’

He replied, ‘Whether he is a sinner or not, I don’t know. One thing I do know. I was blind but now I see!’” (John 9:24-25 NIV)
