Can you believe what they said about you?

Mel Crothers, all the way from Australia, joined our band and led worship in our all of our services this past weekend. I heard so many great things from so many of you about her joy, voice, presence and encouragement.

However, you should know what she said about you. I always ask guests what they might have seen that we can improve on or be aware of because they’re seeing our situation with fresh eyes. Mel thought for a moment and then said, “I can’t think of anything you need to do better. The people were amazing! They were so warm and welcoming and helpful. Everyone I met was great!”

It always makes me proud when we make that kind of impression. Keep in mind, she was on stage, she was meeting and greeting. Everyone knew she was a special guest. 

Now, let’s make sure that everyone who visits, every guest who shows up this weekend will be treated with that same kind of genuine interest and excitement. So much is on the line for every single person who comes through those doors!
