Do You See What I See?

When sitting above our Valley, I don’t see Christmas lights, I see everyday lights. Christmas is special and almost magical at times, but the everyday lights remind me of the everyday needs found all around us EVERY DAY!

It’s a beautiful view from atop the mountain, but those lights might just represent a struggling marriage, a family stressed out over bills, a teenager and parent who just can’t talk to each other anymore…and on it goes.

Can I ask you to take a moment right now and pray. Pray for our Valley (or your city, wherever you live). Pray that people find Jesus. Pray that we are all open to being used by God to share His life-giving message!

“And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message,” (Colossians 4:3a NIV)
