Recently I was under the San Clemente pier getting some shots, and getting as close to the water as I could. However, waves would come up much further than the previous ones and I had to grab my tripod and camera and jump back to safety. While the images didn’t come out the way I had planned (pre-wave), I’m glad I didn’t delete them.
They are a reminder God is always at work, even in the most difficult of our days to bring about His plan, His good purpose. It may not look like what I plan…but it’s always good! In fact, He can even make something special out of my mistakes!
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. ” (Romans 8:28 NIV)
“That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.” (Romans 8:28 MSG)
