Follow the Guide

Follow the Guide

Sometimes I jump in the jeep and head for the hills. I enjoy exploring new trails. Actually, in the jeep, on a bike or on foot…one thing I like is having someone with me that knows where they’re going. It’s fun to not know and just see what’s around the next corner, but it can be a little stressful.

You can choose the right path with a map or with the help of a good guide. I’ve found the guide is always more helpful. They can urge you on when you’re not sure you can make it. They can lift you up after a fall. A map is helpful, but a guide is so much better.

With God as our trail guide, no matter what life throws our way, we know we’re in good hands!

“God is fair and just; He corrects the misdirected, Sends them in the right direction. He gives the rejects his hand, and leads them step-by-step. From now on every road you travel will take you to God. Follow the Covenant signs; read the charted directions.” (Psalm 25:8-10 MSG)
