It’s ok to own stuff. It’s just not ok for your stuff to OWN YOU!

To take this a step further in our weekend series, “NORMAL”, we’ve talked about how God is actually the owner and we are the managers of the stuff we get to use while in this life.

I think Jesus knows what He’s talking about when we warns us of getting all this backwards.

“Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be. … No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money.” (Matthew 6:21, 24 NLT)
