Just Two Years

Just Two Years

Two years ago I set out on a journey. At the time I had now idea where it would go, but I was committed to give it a shot (pun intended).

Quick background: I loved taking pictures of anything and everything with my iPhone, but I decided to try to do more. I got a DSLR camera and started shooting.

The Commitment: I committed to doing three blogs a week that were more “inspirational” than “informational”. Each blog would use an image and a scripture every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Well, two years later, producing three images a week has really stretched me as a wannabe photographer. This has all grown to doing more on Facebook, Instagram and a website.

There is so much to God’s creation. Quite honestly, a camera can never do it justice, but it’s fun trying.

Thanks again for following this blog and for your encouragement!!!

“Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that. Don’t be impressed with yourself. Don’t compare yourself with others. Each of you must take responsibility for doing the creative best you can with your own life.” (Galatians 6:4-5 MSG)

What could you be sinking yourself into as you strive to honor God and the way He wired you?
