Building Up: What is God Saying?
Read 1 Corinthians 15:1-2. Why is it important to make sure what we believe is actually true, with evidence to back it up?
Read 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. This is the central message of the “Gospel”. What evidence does Paul give to go along with his claim regarding Jesus? How do the OT prophecies help us trust the validity of Jesus’ story?
Read 1 Corinthians 15:5. What evidence do we have that these men actually saw Jesus after His resurrection? What about their own lives gives us convincing proof they really believed in a risen Jesus?
Read 1 Corinthians 15:6. How is Paul’s specific number here used to add more credibility to this amazing claim of Jesus’ resurrection?
