Never stop learning
When I started into photography I visited what I like to call “YouTube University.” Seriously, there is so much there, and not just about photography. I learned how to fix my garage door opener, disposal in my house, … You get the idea.
Photography was more than just knowing about how my camera works. It was about composition, editing, and so much more. In fact, I’m still learning all the time.
While I have learned a bunch from YouTube, I enjoy learning from my friends even more. I love hanging out with other photographers. I ask questions and watch how they do things. One of these friends you see in the image is Jay. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see us doing some stuff together.
Now you can apply this to any hobby, but more importantly, you can apply it to your walk with Jesus. It’s why we regularly emphasize the importance of Rooted groups and LifeGroups. We need other people in our lives who can teach us, encourage us, show us and simply help us learn more and more about how to do life with Jesus as our Lord.
Now, find some people who will help you…and starting hanging out with them!
“Instruct the wise, and they will be even wiser. Teach the righteous, and they will learn even more.” (Proverbs 9:9 NLT)
