I love having some of our high school age girls on the worship team. This has been a very deliberate effort by Shawn Guerrero, our music director. He, along with Becca Rose, have been working with our next generation of worship leaders. I think we all agree, it’s been great having them on the stage participating…and leading!

“…Then you can tell the next generation detail by detail the story of God, Our God forever, who guides us till the end of time.” (Psalm 48:12b MSG)

We talked about this very idea over the weekend. We all need a Protégé. We all need to be passing the baton of faith on to the next generation. Then, they can pass it on to the next.
