When they have questions
It’s likely others will want to know the inside scoop. They’ll ask questions about how you’re doing and how you weathered this difficult season. These questions actually open the door to the best conversation ever.
The Apostle Peter is discussing the suffering the early church was going through, then he says something pretty profound. Basically, people are watching you weather the storm. Some are going to ask you how you did it, how you survived, how you had…HOPE. Well, that’s the opening we’re looking for, right!?
“Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. But do this in a gentle and respectful way.” (1 Peter 3:15-16a NLT)
