While we’re into our BE A LIGHT series, taking a deep dive into what Jesus meant when He challenges us to be the light of the world, we can also look at this another way. Being difference makers and change agents isn’t only understood with the imagery of “light”. Jesus said we can also understand this if we think about “salt.”

So here you go, consider how you might be able to add value, seasoning, encouragement, joy, hope and more in an otherwise drab, and often discouraging world. Consider how your genuine love for others might just be the secret ingredient in bringing those God-flavors to those who need Him most.
