The latest from Cambodia

This week I’ve been in Cambodia doing our Leadership Training Institute. This is actually the 32 year of doing these. Christopher LaPel has been leading this ministry from the very beginning nearly 40 years now.

I simply feel honored being here. I teach, Christopher translates, and I pray the people will get what they need.

Again, I want to thank you for your prayers. As you think of these amazing people back here, please be praying we’ll be able to start some new churches this year. We want to continue to reach out to every village in Cambodia. That’s a huge vision, but we’ll get there…one church at a time!

Just a couple weeks ago, Christopher went to visit a church. When he got there they were excited to tell him they had some baptisms lined up. As it turns out, there were FORTY-TWO baptisms that day!!! God is on the move!

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20 NIV)
