26 years ago today I married my best friend. 26 years later we are loving life together.

Throughout the years, theres more than a few things I’ve learned about life, love and myself, but here are just a few.

God uses the right spouse to continue to shape you and mold you into the person He wants you to be. This happens naturally, not from nagging or badgering, but from two people heading in the same direction. There is accountability like NO OTHER relationship in our lives. Through encouragement, love and patience, Michelle has continued to help me become more of the man I’m purposed to be.

Sharing life’s highs and lows with someone who loves you unconditionally brings an amazing sense of security.

Loving someone enough to get out of my comfy chair to help with anything, keeps me from the downward spiral of self-absorption.

Laughing with someone who “gets you” is always a plus. Hey, if you’re not laughing together your missing a big part of what it means to be TOGETHER.

Thank you Michelle for the past 26 years!! I LOVE YOU!!
