Who are you passing this on to?

One of the saddest verses in the Bible happens near the beginning of the book of Judges…

“After that whole generation had been gathered to their ancestors, another generation grew up who knew neither the Lord nor what he had done for Israel.” (Judges 2:10 NIV)

They never passed on the goodness of a relationship with God! They never shared the best news ever…and an entire generation missed out.

Our church takes seriously our need to pass on our faith to the next generation. In fact, this tonight is our Middle/High School Summer Kickoff!

So please, not only be in prayer for our youth, but also make sure you’re passing on the goodness of our God to those in your own life.

“I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also.” (2 Timothy 1:5 NIV)
