I hated to miss any part of our Freeway series, but I was asked to go to Elk Grove, California to spend some time with a church there. I was able to meet with their leadership team, spend time with their pastor and look for ways to encourage them as they continue to grow.

They are about half our size and are doing some great things. They just wanted some perspective and help on what’s next on their radar as they continue to grow.

I feel blessed any time I’m able to share what God’s been doing right here at Community and am praying they’ll be able to see many more life-change stories like we’ve experienced.

I’ll be back this weekend for sure!
