The heart of the whole day is about loving our Valley enough to get outside of the comfort of our own building and take it to the streets. Any interaction you have with people should reflect that love and the heart behind why we’re out serving.

Don’t miss the opportunities right in front of you. Take full advantage of getting to know some other people. Pay attention when people introduce themselves. You’ll gain some more friends. And know this, serving together really does help us connect to each other in a deeper way.

Invite someone to join you. You’ve only got a couple days left, but invite a classmate or co-worker to serve with you. They don’t have to go to Community to be a help, and it might just be a help to them as they rub shoulders with the “real people” who call Community home.

One last thing. We won’t be having a worship service but you can still be generous and give as you normally do. For your regular giving and tithes, you can mail those in or simply use our electronic options:
