How are you doing? Really!

The fires in LA along with so many other things happening in our world can leave us feeling as though everything is out of control.

While we continue to pray for those who’ve lost everything in the fires, I want you to consider something else as well.

We cannot stop all of the bad in the world. We cannot keep bad things from happening to us or our families. Trouble and pain will come from time to time. However, that doesn’t mean we have to live our lives in FEAR of whatever is next.

Jesus even promised we will have trouble in this world. So, let’s get to some good news. Someone once said, “I don’t know what the future holds, but I know who holds the future.” Let that be your anthem as you walk through this life.

Trusting and hanging on to God is the key, no matter what happens in this life.

“They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them.” (Psalm 112:7 NLT)
