Michelle and I usually head out by ourselves to enjoy the North American Christian Convention. This year, being in Anaheim, we got to enjoy it with some of our staff.

This year was especially good for a number of reasons. Many of my friends were main session speakers, like Dave Stone, Gene Appel, Jeff Vines (who was at Community in January) and Rick Rusaw (who was with us in May). Each did an amazing job. Rick is pictured here.

Then I got to hear Bob Goff 3 times in one day. He spoke at both the lunch and dinner I attended and then was the main speaker on Thursday night before the “For King and Country” concert. He’s the author of “LOVE DOES”, and quite an engaging communicator.

By the way, “For King and Country” were fantastic!

Now I’m looking forward to hearing another friend speak…at Community. Dave Hamlin is with us this weekend from Kentucky. He has a great message comin’ our way…y’all.
