Read 1 Corinthians 9:19-21. Paul isn’t a man lacking conviction. He’s not compromising his beliefs. What do these verses say about Paul’s heart and strategy?

 

Read 1 Corinthians 9:22. In the New Living Translation we find the phrase “common ground.” How can we find “common ground” with those around us?

 

Read 1 Corinthians 9:23. What are the blessings we experience as we spread the Good News?

 

Read 1 Corinthians 9:24. How does this picture give you insight into the way you are to live your life? Also read Hebrews 12:1-3. What do we learn there about running well?

 

Read 1 Corinthians 9:25-27. How does this picture challenge you to be an intentional follower of Jesus? How does it help you strive to be a better friend to those who need Jesus?
