Stepping In: Getting things started!
1- When people ask you about where you live, what are some of the positive things you love telling them about?
2- What discouragement has God helped you through? How did He bring hope to your situation?
Building Up: What is God Saying?
Read Ezekiel 37:1-2. Why is it important to remember that God knows where and what the problems are that we’re facing? Is it encouraging or helpful for you to know that God knows all about the problems our Valley is facing?
Read Ezekiel 37:3. Instead of saying, “THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE!” Ezekiel says, “You alone know.” Why is Ezekiel’s faith a key component in this story? How is our faith a key in our own story of change and hope? (Read Hebrews 11:1, 6)
Read Ezekiel 37:4-6. There are times God works in spite of people, but so often He works through them. Why do you think that is? What’s something you’ve seen God use you to do recently?
Read Ezekiel 37:7-10. The process of this miracle started with a “noise”. What would you have been thinking if you would have been there to hear and see what was happening?
What are the keys for us in the midst of the process before the miracle is ever complete?
Read Ezekiel 37:11-14. God used this miracle to make a point. What’s the point and how might it relate to us today even though this particular miracle and point was about the nation of Israel?
During the weekend message, Pastor John said, “When hope seems dead, God’s not done.” How does that bring hope to a situation you’re going through right now?
Living Out: How do I obey?
1- Along with a personal invitation, what are some other things you can do to allow God to use YOU as we approach Easter in the Stadium?
2 – Complete your EGGS for the Easter Egg Hunt and get them to the Church building by March 20th. THANK YOU!!
