We’ve got exciting news concerning our smartphone app. As many of you with iPhones may have seen already this week, our app is completely new! If you’ve got an Android phone, and are wondering where your update is, you’ll actually have to install a new app. The reason you’ll need a new app is because of the process of publishing. Our old app was published by one company, and our new app was published by a new company. All of the functionality you may have liked is streamlined in our new app. Here are a few new features I think you’ll appreciate:

• Events are easier for us to update regularly.
• True push notifications to notify you of what’s coming up.
• Our sermon section is now directly connected with our online video hosting, so when a new sermon is uploaded, it’s automagically added to the app!
• It’s optimized for larger phones, so no more funky app action on iPhone 5’s, 5C’s and 5S’s.
