This conference has been very special. One speaker after another has challenged and stretched me in various and necessary ways.

Craig Groeschel, from LifeChurch.tv was here this week and I got to hear him three different times.

His challenge was clear. We often think we CAN’T because we DON’T. We don’t have enough money or enough staff or enough talent or enough…

He turned that notion on its head and said we often CAN even though we DON’T. Not having what we think we need may actually cause us to create and see new opportunities.

Well, I do know that Community has come along way even though we DON’T. I’ve got to thank a lot of people who have worked hard to work around our limitations. Now we are definitely seeing the results of hard work and creativity.

He also challenged each of us leaders to focus on an area to grow in…and get to work. I’ve got mine…ready to stretch and grow!
