The Crazy Life is definitely sending us into a real adventure. Jesus doesn’t tell us what’s around each corner or waiting for us at each stop along the way in our journey, but He does promise to be with us.

Following Jesus positions us for the adventure of a lifetime. All this journey talk reminded me today of this old Chinese proverb:

We’re all at different places in our own journey of a thousand miles. Some are much further down the road than others. However, we are all about to take our NEXT step. And…it’s a big one.

All I want you to ask yourself is this. Is my NEXT STEP going to bring me closer to God or not?

Your next step might be joining a LifeGroup, starting to give consistently to the church, help out a needy family over the holidays, beginning to read the Bible every day, …

So, with your next step being a big one…what’s it going to be?
