We’re ready to launch our new series this weekend, “What On Earth Am I Here For?” I am so excited about what we’ll be doing with this series over the course of the next 6 weeks.

For starters, we have several people getting baptized this weekend as a result of the decisions they made at the Easter service. In fact, anyone who wants to get baptized this weekend…GO FOR IT! This will be a very special time for us all.

Also, we’ll be using a great resource for a daily devotional throughout the series. Rick Warren’s book, The Purpose Driven Life or the new updated one, What On Earth Am I Here For? can be purchased many places. You can also find the kindle version, which is a better price. We’ll start reading this coming Monday, so go ahead and pick up your copy.

Our creative mid-week LifeGroup follow up will begin the first week of May. Just come to the Worship Center at 7pm and we’ll have follow up discussion around tables for MEN-Tuesdays, ANYONE-Wednesdays, LADIES-Thursdays.

One last thought; this series will be seriously good stuff for anyone you invite. It’s a great time to get them to Community.
