Can you believe this?

In my daily reading of God’s Word I found myself in Romans this week. Each chapter is packed full of thought-provoking truths regarding God’s plan of salvation.

When I get to chapter 5 I always spend a moment reflecting on these verses. There is something so simple, so powerful, so amazing about God’s love for us.

Take a moment to read these verses. Read them again, then take some time to thank God for that kind of love. WOW!

“For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die—but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:6-8 ESV)
