Pastor Donnie did a great job showing us the steps to help us work through serious times of burnout. As the stress of life builds, we need to make sure we’re doing these things. Which one could you work on THIS WEEK?

  1. Take care of yourself physically.
  2. See the BIGGER picture.
  3. Get in community.

Let me add one that may be helpful for someone today…TALK TO SOMEONE about how you’re feeling. Find someone you trust and share with them if you’re struggling. And yes…this is a part of what it means to be in community…
