Did HE die for nothing?

At the end of Galatians 2, Paul makes something super clear. We’re saved because Jesus died to cover our sins. PERIOD.

If we think we can be good enough and “earn” the acceptance of God and be ushered into heaven someday by being a “good person” according to the law, then we are completely missing the beauty of what Jesus did for us.

Read these words and pray a simple prayer of thanksgiving. Wow…without Jesus I’m nothing. WIth Him…I have LIFE!

“I was put to death on the cross with Christ, and I do not live anymore—it is Christ who lives in me. I still live in my body, but I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself to save me. By saying these things I am not going against God’s grace. Just the opposite, if the law could make us right with God, then Christ’s death would be useless.” (Galatians 2:20-21 NCV)
