Four Years

Four years ago today, my mom went home to be with Jesus. For those of you who knew her, you know how special she was. Her legacy of kindness, grace and love live on in our memories of her.

I know I’m not the only one who’s lost someone. In fact, if you’re around on planet Earth long enough, you’ll experience your share of loss.

So today, let these words be the reminder that can comfort each of us…whatever we’re going through.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18 NIV)
