How would you respond?

One of my very favorite aspects of the Christmas story is Mary’s questions and then acceptance of the mission given her.

I know I would have questions. Probably a lot of questions.

However, when it was all explained, she was ready and willing to be used by God.

Notice what was NOT in the explanation (read Luke 1:26-28): A LOT!

There was much Mary did not know yet, but as she followed God’s lead step by step, she was never alone in her journey.

She said YES.

“Mary responded, ‘I am the Lord’s servant. May everything you have said about me come true.’ And then the angel left her.” (Luke 1:38 NLT)
