There is a definite chunk of my schedule that is on my own. I tend to study on my own as I prepare for each weekend’s message. Even with that said, much of what I get grows out of converstations with others. While what I do requires some alone time, I want just about everything else I'm involved in to be a team sport.

 

The Church is God’s idea. The diversity of people, talents, outlooks, personalities, ages and so much more is what makes the Family of God such a special force.

 

We are in the process of putting together teams for different things this fall. I can’t wait to see who steps up and how it will eventually look. Right now I know this: we will never reach our potential as God’s change agents in this valley and in this world if we don’t work together.
