Whatever you do…do this!

We were reminded this weekend, as we continue our series about the Holy Spirit, we have been given gifts. These gifts are to point people to Jesus, build up the church and through the church serve a broken and hurting world.

YOU have gifts, as a follower of Jesus, so use them! Don’t sit on your gifts. The church needs you and all you have to bring to the “Body of Christ.” We need each other and even belong to each other (Romans 12:5).

So…what are you doing with the GIFTS the Holy Spirit has given you?

If you’d like to join one of the ministry teams at Community, please contact the office or just go to someone on that team and ask them how you can start serving with them.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.” (1 Peter 4:10-11 NIV)
